Refund Process


Bitsellfy provides refunds through the Wallet system after a dispute is resolved. Please note that refunds cannot be returned directly to your original payment method due to processing delays and variable fees.


Step 1: Dispute Resolution

Refunds are only issued after a dispute has been resolved in favor of the buyer or seller.

  • Buyers must first contact the seller to attempt a resolution.
  • If the issue is not resolved, a dispute can be opened on the order details page.
  • The Bitsellfy support team reviews the case and determines the outcome.


Step 2: Refund to Wallet

  • If the dispute is resolved in your favor, the refunded amount will be added to your Bitsellfy Wallet balance.
  • Funds in your Wallet can be used to purchase other digital products on Bitsellfy.
  • Refunds are processed as soon as the dispute resolution is completed, but may take some time depending on verification requirements.


Important Notes

  • Refunds cannot be returned to your original payment method.
  • Wallet balances are non-withdrawable and can only be used for purchases on Bitsellfy.
  • Always check your Wallet balance after a refund is processed.
  • Contact Bitsellfy support if you do not receive a refund after the dispute has been resolved.
