Bitsellfy is committed to providing a secure and fair marketplace for both buyers and sellers. Our platform includes protection measures to ensure that all transactions are transparent, safe, and compliant with GDPR regulations.


Buyer Protection

As a buyer on Bitsellfy, you are protected in case of disputes or issues with purchased digital products.

  • Buyers must first contact the seller to attempt a resolution before opening a dispute.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved directly with the seller, a dispute can be opened through the order details page.
  • After a dispute is resolved in your favor, refunded funds will be credited to your Bitsellfy Wallet.
  • Buyers’ personal data is handled securely in compliance with GDPR regulations.


Seller Protection

As a seller on Bitsellfy, you are protected against fraudulent or unfair claims.

  • Disputes are reviewed carefully by our support team to ensure fairness.
  • Evidence provided by both parties is considered before a resolution is made.
  • Sellers are only required to refund buyers when the dispute resolution favors the buyer.
  • Seller account data and customer information are handled according to GDPR requirements to ensure privacy and security.


General Protection Policies

  • All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity to prevent fraud.
  • Communication between buyers and sellers should remain professional and documented for dispute resolution.
  • GDPR compliance ensures that all personal data collected on Bitsellfy is stored securely, used only for legitimate purposes, and can be managed or deleted upon request.
  • Both buyers and sellers are expected to comply with Bitsellfy’s Terms of Service and local laws applicable in Albania.


Important Notes

  • Disputes must be opened within the platform; external payment reversals or chargebacks are not supported.
  • Bitsellfy provides support and mediation, but final dispute outcomes are determined based on platform evidence and policy compliance.
  • Users must maintain accurate account information to ensure proper protection and communication.
