How to Open a Dispute


Bitsellfy provides a dispute system to help resolve issues between buyers and sellers. Please follow the proper steps to ensure a smooth resolution process.


Step 1: Contact the Seller

Before opening a dispute, buyers are required to contact the seller directly to try and resolve the issue.

  • Go to your order details page for the purchased product.
  • Use the Contact Seller option to send a message describing the problem.
  • Wait for the seller’s response and attempt to reach a solution.


Step 2: Open a Dispute

If the seller is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue, you can open a dispute.

  • Go to your order details page for the relevant order.
  • Click on Open Dispute.
  • Provide a clear explanation of the issue and attach any supporting evidence (screenshots, messages, etc.).
  • Submit the dispute for review by the Bitsellfy support team.


Step 3: Dispute Resolution

  • The Bitsellfy support team will review the dispute and communicate with both buyer and seller.
  • Our team will aim to provide a fair and timely resolution based on the evidence provided.
  • Resolution outcomes may include a refund, replacement, or other solution as deemed appropriate.


Important Notes

  • Disputes can only be opened after an order has been placed and paid.
  • Always try to resolve issues directly with the seller first; disputes are intended as a last resort.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when opening a dispute to avoid delays.
