Connecting a custom domain to your store
Use your own branded domain instead of a bitsellfy.com address.

Note
You'll need a domain you already own and access to its DNS settings (usually at your registrar, e.g. Namecheap, GoDaddy, or Cloudflare).
Add your domain in Bitsellfy
- 1Go to Store → Domains in your dashboard.
- 2Select Add custom domain and enter the exact domain or subdomain you want to use.
- 3Bitsellfy will show you the DNS records you need to add.
Update your DNS records
In your domain registrar's DNS settings, add the records exactly as shown in Bitsellfy. Typically you'll add a CNAME record for a subdomain, or A records for a root domain.
Important
DNS updates can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours to propagate worldwide. If verification fails immediately, wait and try again later.
Verify and enable HTTPS
- 1Back in Store → Domains, select Verify once you've added the records.
- 2When verification succeeds, Bitsellfy automatically issues a free SSL certificate.
- 3Set the custom domain as your primary so all store links use it.
Tip
If your main website lives elsewhere, a subdomain like shop.yourbrand.com is the easiest setup — it only needs a single CNAME record.
