Add your first digital product

Adding a product is the core of selling on Bitsellfy. In this guide you'll create a digital product, upload the files your customers will download, set a price, and publish it to your storefront.

Create the product

1. 1From your dashboard, go to Products and select New product.
2. 2Choose Digital product as the product type.
3. 3Enter a product name and a short description that tells buyers what they're getting.
4. 4Add a cover image — clear, well-lit visuals noticeably increase conversions.

Upload your files

In the Files section, drag and drop the file(s) buyers will receive after purchase. You can upload multiple files to a single product — they'll be delivered together.

Set your price

• Enter a fixed price in your store currency, or
• Enable Pay what you want to let customers choose their price (with an optional minimum).
• Set the product to free by entering 0 if you want to collect emails in exchange for a download.

Publish and test

1. 1Select Publish to make the product live on your storefront.
2. 2Open the product's public link in a new tab to preview it as a customer.
3. 3Place a test order (use a discount code for 100% off) to confirm the file is delivered correctly.
