Bitsellfy provides invoices and receipts to help buyers and sellers keep track of their transactions and comply with any financial or tax requirements.

For Buyers

Buyers can access receipts for all completed purchases directly from their account dashboard.

• Receipts include the product name, purchase date, amount paid, and platform fees
• Receipts are available for download in PDF format
• Keep your receipts for your personal records or for tax purposes

For Sellers

Sellers can generate invoices for all completed sales to maintain accurate records and comply with tax obligations.

• Invoices include buyer information, product details, sale amount, and platform fees
• Invoices are downloadable in PDF format from the seller dashboard
• It is the seller’s responsibility to maintain invoices for accounting and tax purposes

Important Notes

• Invoices and receipts reflect the total transaction including platform fees
• Bitsellfy does not provide tax advice; sellers and buyers should consult local tax regulations
• Ensure your account email and details are correct to receive accurate receipts
• Following GDPR laws and protection, invoices will contain only platforms username as identifier on invoices. (GDPR does not allow exposing full name of participant to other party.)
