Order Statuses Explained


Each order on Bitsellfy has a status that shows its current stage in the purchase and delivery process. Below is a detailed explanation of all order statuses you may see.


Pending

This status means the payment is waiting for confirmation.

  • The order is created, but payment has not yet been completed.
  • A payment timer of 1 hour is applied.
  • If payment is not completed within 1 hour, the order is automatically marked as failed.
  • When an order fails, the product stock is released and becomes available again.


Pending Delivery

This status appears after payment is successfully completed for manual delivery orders.

  • The seller has been notified to deliver the product.
  • The buyer must wait for the seller to complete the delivery.
  • This status is only used for products that require manual delivery.


Delivered

This status means the product has been delivered to the buyer.

  • For auto-delivery products, the status changes to Delivered automatically after purchase.
  • For manual delivery products, the status changes to Delivered once the seller completes delivery.
  • The buyer can review the delivered product and confirm the order.
  • Buyer should confirm it or dispute if issues appear otherwise after 24H system will complete it automatically.


Completed

An order is marked as Completed when it has been successfully finalized.

  • The buyer confirms and verifies the delivered product.
  • Or, a dispute is resolved in favor of the seller.
  • Once completed, the order is considered final.


Disputed

This status indicates that a dispute has been opened for the order.

  • The buyer and seller are in dispute regarding the order.
  • The Bitsellfy support team reviews the dispute.
  • The order remains in this status until a final decision is made.


Refunded

This status means the order has been refunded.

  • The dispute was resolved in favor of the buyer.
  • Or, a manual refund was issued by the Bitsellfy administration.
  • Refunded funds are credited to the buyer’s Bitsellfy Wallet.


Important Notes

  • Order statuses are updated automatically based on system actions or dispute outcomes.
  • Buyers and sellers should always check the order details page for the most up-to-date status.
  • Contact support if an order status appears incorrect or does not update as expected.
